Lead Pastors
Daniel and Adoniah Wrage
Daniel was born and raised here on the Central Coast. He grew up in a conservative upbringing with limited to no experience with the Holy Spirit until 2010 when he had a radical encounter with God that forever marked his life. The gifts of the Holy Spirit opened up, particularly the gifts of healing and prophecy. He started in ministry at New life church in Pismo Beach where he was Junior High interim pastor from 2014-2015. In 2015-2022, he pastored at Pearl Chapel. His heart is to see people have life-changing encounters with God, and for the lost to come into the kingdom while bringing the Holy Spirit in and outside of the four walls of the church.
Adoniah is a Southern California native. She grew up in Chino, where her family ran a homeless ministry that helped feed the less fortunate families in the area. Due to her upbringing, she grew a heart for serving and taking care of the poor. She then went on to Vanguard University seeking a deeper relationship with the Lord. As she finished her schooling, she then moved up to the Central Coast in 2020. Her heart is to see the pure presence of God and heaven come to earth.
They got married in September of 2021. Together they love being with family, going to the beach, and traveling. They feel so blessed to be a part of such an amazing church community here at the Five Cities Vineyard.
Pastor Emeritus
José & Christina Rivera
Jose is a longtime resident of the Central Coast. He attended local schools, Arroyo Grande High School and Cuesta College. He also attended Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri. He was married to Debbie Conrad Rivera in 1980 and until her passing in 2016. Together they have two beautiful daughters, their husbands, and five grandchildren that also live in the surrounding area. He owned and operated an auto collision repair business in the community for nearly 30 years.
Jose continues to serve as Pastor Emeritus after serving as Lead Pastor since July of 2000, at Five Cities Vineyard Church. He has a passion to see people come into an intimate relationship with Jesus, humbly serve Him and discover their calling, ministry and mission in life. His heart is also to see the church gracefully transition from believers to faithful followers of Christ.
Recently married to Christina Rivera they live in Huasna, on a ranch east of Arroyo Grande. They enjoy spending time together, with family and friends BBQing, hiking, walking the beach, reading, writing and teaching.
They feel overwhelmingly blessed to enjoy a wonderful life, with all of it’s challenges, and look forward to continuing in their calling and ministry for as long as the Lord leads.

Eleazar and Lindsay Baltazar
Eleazar was born and raised in Southern California. He grew up in the church and has always had a heart for the youth. Lindsay was raised here on the central coast, she also grew up in the church and participated in many youth ministries throughout her adolescence. They have been raising their own four children in the church and understand some of the difficulties and challenges the world brings to this generation. They enjoy making connections with the youth and have a passion for sharing the love of Jesus.
